Part time / FULL TIME basis

We're looking for a Producer to join our BAFTA winning studio to help create our next exciting game.

Key roles

  • To create and manage the development schedule, creating key milestones and ensuring targets are met

  • To manage and motivate a small team, allocating jobs, making sure everyone is working at their best and ensuring a smooth flow to production

  • To cultivate and become part of a great working environment, working with a small team of passionate people

  • To manage relationships with publishing partners, third-parties, contractors and press

  • To take an active role in recruitment where necessary

  • Must have prior experience of game development production, with a minimum of three years experience taking games through development, shipping and beyond

  • Experience working with publishers across multiple platforms

  • Excellent management, scheduling and communication skills

  • In depth knowledge of software development, knowing what it takes to craft and complete a game

  • Experience of QA

  • Marketing experience a bonus

  • Enthusiasm for working on independent, creative and ambitious work

  • A love for games, stories and art and passion to take a key role in crafting something very special

We love creating ambitious and beautiful work, and that passion is what we’re after, that desire to make something special. We want to work with a Producer who loves not just the process of making games but cares deeply about the artistic potential of the medium and wants to make something great. Someone who has a passion for stories and the potential we have to tell new ones in videogames.

We're after an excellent communicator who's exceptionally organised, with the skills to keep a team on schedule and respond to changes during development. Someone who knows that the key to successful work is creating and managing an environment where everyone's talent can shine.

You'll have good experience of working within teams small and large, and have experience of bringing successful games through production to release. You'll have worked with publishers and platform holders before and understand the processes involved in bringing a game successfully to market through these portals.

Ideally you'd have marketing experience too, and be able to take a creative role in planning and implementing promotional activities pre and post launch.

You'll love the challenge and reward of working on an ambitious game with a tightly-knit team, and want to take a key role in crafting something beautiful together.

If this is you, please get in touch with us, we'd love to hear from you.

We are open to both part-time and full-time applications.
