User-Generated Content & Moderation Policy
KAMI 2 allows players to create and share custom puzzles made from coloured triangular tiles (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). We want this space to be creative, welcoming, and safe for players of all ages.
This document applies to all published versions of KAMI 2 including but not limited to KAMI 2+ on Apple Arcade.
By uploading or sharing a puzzle, you agree to follow the guidelines below.
Prohibited Content
Players must not create, upload, or share puzzles that include, depict, or are intended to convey any of the following:
Hateful or discriminatory content, including content that is offensive, demeaning, or abusive toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Political or ideological content, including imagery, symbols, or messaging intended to persuade, promote, provoke, or offend, or that relates to real‑world political parties, movements, ideologies, or public policy debates
Sexual or explicit content, including nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery
Violence or physical harm, including threats, depictions of injury, weapons, or abuse
Harassment or bullying, including content intended to insult, threaten, or target other players or individuals
Extremist, illegal, or unlawful content, including references to terrorist organizations, criminal activity, or behavior that violates applicable laws
Obscene, shocking, or otherwise inappropriate material that is not suitable for a general or family‑friendly audience
These restrictions apply even where content is abstract, symbolic, implied, or represented through shapes, colours, or arrangements.
Moderation and Enforcement
We actively moderate uploaded puzzles. This may include a combination of automated checks, user reports, and manual review.
If content is found to violate this policy:
The puzzle may be removed without notice
The player may receive a warning
Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of uploading or sharing privileges
In extreme cases, further action may be taken in line with Apple Arcade and App Store policies
Reporting Content
Players can report puzzles they believe violate this policy. Reported content will be reviewed as quickly as possible, but removal is not guaranteed unless a violation is confirmed.
Appeals
If you believe your puzzle was removed in error, you may contact us through our official support channels. We will review appeals in good faith, but our moderation decisions are final.
Policy Alignment
This policy is designed to align with Apple Arcade and App Store Review Guidelines, including Apple’s requirements for user-generated content, safety, and age-appropriate experiences.
We reserve the right to update this policy as needed to ensure compliance with Apple’s rules and to maintain a positive player community.
